Team Innovation and Evolution of the National Association of Students of English and Literary Studies, University of Ibadan(NASELS UI) on Thursday 30th of May,2024,celebrated three of her members who had demonstrated effort of great value and also boosted the overall morale of the department. 

Adepoju Samuel, a 400-level student of the department was appointed the Maiden Academic Director of the department owning to his proven track record of passion for education and his outstanding academic performance. His appointment is to improve NASELSites’ academic excellence mostly, the freshers.

Favour Ibitunde, a 400-level student was celebrated for taking up a leadership role in her hall of residence. She doubles as the current Deputy-Editor of NASELS Press and the newly appointed Editor-in-Chief of Queen Idia Press. 

Also, Adeyefa Ebenezer, a 200-level student was listed having emerged as the new Face of NASELS to represent NASELSites at departmental and faculty levels.

These acts of integrity and achievements did not go unnoticed as the executives publicly acknowledged them on the department’s Whatsapp page.
