At the Dinner and Awards Night of the University of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan, held on March 1, at Bello Dome, Losi Adeoye clinched the award for the runner-up, Best Journalist of the Year.

Lois Adeoye, a member of the NASELS Press emerged as runner-up. Lois was popular for her broadcast publications centered on matters in the University of Ibadan. Her most popular publication was the interview she had with Emeritus Professor Niyi Osundare which focused on the felling of trees at Heritage Park. 

Having been nominated with two other campus journalists who were shortlisted, Adeoye of the NASELS Press was appreciated for her excellent performances as a broadcast journalist.

She served as the head of the broadcasting team during the 2023/2024 session.
