The Association of Faculty of Arts Students, Faculty Legislative Council with a Committee on Petition and Public Complaints, released a memorandum on Monday, 6th January, 2025 regarding an email address and online link that has been opened for the submission of petition and complaints for all AFASities.

According to the release, “ … of a significant development in our efforts to enhance transparency , accountability, and responsiveness to the concerns of AFASities.”

It further states that all AFASities are encouraged to utilize the new channels in expressing their concerns, suggestions and complaints which will be treated with confidentiality, respect and fairness.

The memo says “It is with outmost joy and strong sense of responsibility that the above committee wish to announce to the House, Honorable Members, AFASites, and General Public the launch of a dedicated email address and online link for the submission of petitions and public complaints.”
