The University of Ibadan, on Wednesday November 13, 2024 held the 76th convocation ceremony for her graduating students at the International Conference Centre (ICC).

The convocation ceremony, which is a 4-day consecutive programme, unfolded with the award giving of a diploma in Health sciences, and the award of first degrees in the faculties of Arts, Law, Sciences, Basic Medical Science, Clinical Science, Dentistry, Public Health, Economics and Management sciences. 

It was marked with the presence of notable personalities such as the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Kayode O. Adebowale, Vice Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Prof. Wahab Egbewole; Ademola Adumola, Vice Chancellor of Aliqmah University, Prof. Noah Yusuf, Rector of University of Ibadan, Prof. C. Chuka, Deans of Faculties, graduands and parents.

The Convocation Ceremony records a total of 6,553 graduates, including students from Distance Learning and 111 Diploma students.
