Imisioluwa Bamidele

Two students of the University of Ibadan, namely Aduwo Ayodele, a 300 level student of the department of History and Olajide Olawale, a student of the department of Communication and Language Arts have reportedly been arrested by the Police.

Prior to this time, the school had asked students to vacate the campus premises in a circular dated August 30, 2024. 

This development led to the school compound being emptied of students on Saturday, August 31, when the circular was to take effect.

In a raid embarked on by Abefele, the security outfit of the institution, on Monday, September 2, the two students were arrested and allegedly handed over to the criminal department, Iyaganku Police station.
