Praise Olorunfemi

Following the announcement of the UI’SU President, Bolaji Aweda, that the Management has extended the deadline for the school fees payment to 3 weeks, as resolution from the 3-hour plus meeting with the management at the senate chambers, protesting students moved en-mass to SUB Foyer to call an immediate Congress.

Students present at the SUB Foyer were being told to inform other students in the hostels to come out for an immediate Congress, and so as to make up the quorum of a minimum of 500 students for a valid Congress.

One of the agenda of the Congress being to resign all members of current Executive Council, the attendance sheet to form a quorum is being passed around.
