The Student Union Congress which is scheduled to start by 7:00 am, as at three hours later is yet to start because of the low turnout of the University of Ibadan students. 

The reason attached to the delay is that the constitution mandates a quorum of 500 students at least before any proceeding is made. 

However, only 126 students have signed their presence while more students are still joining, judging by the attendance sheet. 

“Mobilisation still continues from hall to hall”, the Student Union President, Aweda Bolaji confirms.
