The SEALS Cup Organising Committee, on Friday 9 August 2024, declared the last Group H match between Agricultural Economics and Classics inconclusive. 

The committee released a memo stating that the match was declared inconclusive as a result of the medical emergency that occurred in the 22nd minute of the game. 

Part of the memo reads, “A player from the Classics team experienced a sudden health issue on the field, necessitating immediate medical attention. Due to the seriousness of the situation, the match was paused and consequently called off to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all involved.” 

However, the committee extended its gratitude to the Agric. Econs team for its exemplary display of sportsmanship during the unexpected situation. 

The organising committee, nevertheless, stated that a new day for the replay of the match would be announced soon.
