Not long after the robbery attack on the female hall of residence, Obafemi Awolowo hall, the female block of the Abdusalami Abubakar Post graduate hall was raided.

The hall opposite Queen Idia Hall was attacked by midnight on Sunday by about seven armed men, who allegedly entered through a window passage.

According to reports, the security man on duty was tied up and two male students who got in their way were injured with machete on the head and hand respectively.

An eyewitness report indicates that the robbers came in around 2am and went away with some occupants’ belongings.
